| Theodore Roosevelt Island is an 88-acre site maintained by the National Park Service, George Washington Memorial Parkway. Over 2 miles of trails are on the island that wind through upland forests,swamps and marshland. This is beautiful place to hike, birdwatch and identify wildflowers. Guided hikes can be given upon request. Please contact the George Washington Memorial Parkway for information. |
